Purchase a mouthwash that moisturizes your mouth and increases the amount of saliva that comes from it.
Chew Cinnamon Gum
Cinnamon has properties in it that fight tooth decay and disease. Gum stimulates the salivary glands. Therefore, it will be very wise for you to purchase some cinnamon gum. You may want to also buy some cinnamon sticks and chew them when you have the time. Cinnamon sticks can do wonders for your mouth aside from just leaving you with nice, fresh breath.
Take Vitamin D and Calcium
Taking in the appropriate vitamins and minerals can help your teeth to stay strong. Calcium is the most beneficial ingredient that you can take for your teeth. You can find calcium in milk, cheese, almonds, sardines, kale and the like. You will need to increase your intake of vitamin D to ensure that your body gets an adequate amount of calcium, however. Foods that are rich in vitamin D are flounder, cod, egg yolks, milk and mushrooms.
